• Oversee program development and implementation

• Support curriculum, activities, on-site workshops, event rentals, website RSVP & calendar management and participant experience at Kerr Kids Brick & Mortar Location

• Collaborate with volunteers and other committees for smooth program delivery

Marketing / Communications Committee

• Develop and execute social media content and campaigns

• Design promotional materials (flyers, graphics, newsletters)

• Manage website updates and online presence

• Coordinate press releases and media outreach

• Track marketing metrics and engagement

• Support event promotion and community outreach

• Collaborate with other committees to highlight initiatives

Fundraising Committee

• Sponsorships | Connect with local businesses and supporters to secure sponsorships that fuel Kerr Kids’ programs and events. Build relationships, share our mission to help our community grow.

• Grant Writing | Help bring new resources to Kerr Kids! Research, write, and shape grant proposals that fund programs, workshops, and events for local children

Events Committee

• Event planning

• Logistics & event-day support

• Volunteer recruitment

• Community partnerships

• Organize logistics: venues, supplies, schedules, and volunteers

• Collaborate with other committees for event support

• Ensure events are safe, engaging, and memorable

• Track event outcomes and suggest improvements

• Help with setup, execution, and post-event follow-up
