Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
-
A parent or guardian must be present with their child at all times.
-
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising all children attending the party.

All attendees (children and adults) must have a signed Kerr Kids Liability Waiver prior to entry.
-
Children must follow Kerr Kids’ rules and safety guidelines.
-
Parents are responsible for food and beverages brought into the facility.
-
All outside food and drinks must remain in the Party Den.
-
Kerr Kids is not responsible for allergic reactions, choking incidents, or issues arising from outside food or craft materials.

Payment Method: Cash or Card

Kerr Kids reserves the right to cancel reservations if the remaining balance is not received by the due date. Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
-
Deposits are non-refundable.
-
Cancellations made 10+ days prior may transfer deposit to a new date within 30 days (subject to availability).

Cancellations made less than 10 days prior forfeit the deposit.

Parties may be rescheduled one time with at least 7 days’ notice (subject to availability).

Reschedule requests made fewer than 7 days before the event will forfeit the deposit and may require a new deposit.

If Kerr Kids must cancel due to severe weather or emergency:

You may reschedule at no additional charge

OR receive a full refund of payments made

Damage & Cleaning Policy
Host is responsible for damage caused by guests.
Excessive cleaning may result in a $100 cleaning fee.
Damages to equipment or property will be billed at repair or replacement cost.
Normal party mess is expected; excessive mess or prohibited materials may incur fees.

Thumb tacks, nails, staples, damaging adhesives

Open flames (other than standard birthday candles)

Smoke, fog, or bubble machines

Bounce houses or large outside rental equipment

Equipment requiring stakes, water hookups, or external power

Alcohol
Decorations must be freestanding or hung using approved methods only.

Liability & Safety

Kerr Kids is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen items.

Parents/guardians must remain with children for the entirety of the event.

Kerr Kids reserves the right to intervene if safety rules are not followed.

Kerr Kids may refuse entry to guests exceeding approved limits.
