Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: The initial deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs 10 or more days before the party, the deposit may be transferred to a new date within 30 days, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 10 days before the event forfeit the deposit and are not eligible for transfer. If Kerr Kids must cancel due to severe weather, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances: The client may choose to reschedule at no additional charge (subject to availability) Or receive a full refund of all payments made Rescheduling Parties may be rescheduled one time with at least 7 days notice and are subject to availability. Reschedule requests made fewer than 7 days before the event will forfeit the deposit and may require a new deposit to secure a new date.
