Before joining our volunteer community, please review our guidelines below. These ensure everyone understands their role and responsibilities as a Kerr Kids Volunteer.

Kerr Kids Volunteer Agreement & Guidelines
Kerr Kids Structure:
Kerr Kids is directed and overseen by our Board of Directors and Director.
Volunteers are an essential part of our community — but volunteer roles are not leadership or staff positions.
All decisions regarding programming, communication, partnerships, and representation are made by the board and director.
You May:
✅ Assist during events, workshops, and community programs
✅ Help with setup, cleanup, and welcoming families
✅ Share creative ideas or feedback with the director or board
✅ Represent Kerr Kids in spirit — with positivity and respect
You May Not:
🚫 Speak or post publicly as a representative or founder of Kerr Kids
🚫 Make independent decisions on behalf of the organization
🚫 Use “we” language that implies leadership or ownership
